Design Finalization & detailed design

Design is finalized & you receive detailed drawings ready for execution based on the feedback and consultation. This also includes the detailed BOQ with a detailed scope of the project.

Pay 25% at working drawing milestone

Project Execution & management

Get an accurate timeline for project execution and schedule for delivery. This also involves regular site supervision. Finally, the work is commenced on the site

1. How are you ensuring safety during Corona?
We understand your concern and can assure you that we take all the necessary measures to make your experience safe. From sanitizing to temperature checks, and mandatory masks and gloves, we do all we can to ensure a safe experience.
2. What do I need to keep in mind before starting my project?
We suggest you bring your floor plan, any inspiration for the first design meeting and be prepared to discuss your requirements, lifestyle and personality with your designer in depth. Keeping in mind a budget is highly beneficial.
3. How many design iterations can I request?
There’s no limit on how many iterations you can ask for. However, we suggest that revisions be held to a minimum of three, as each revision will impact the timelines & costs expected.
4. How soon can I expect work to begin?
Your service partner will begin work as soon as we confirm the receipt of your order confirmation payment.
5. Do you offer any warranty?
Yeah, we do offer a warranty.
